The subjunctive: two aspects, two voices
να γράφω / να γράψω / να γράφομαι / να γραφτώ — four cells, one logic: να takes whichever stem the meaning asks for.
The four cells
Cross aspect (repeated / once) with voice (who acts / who undergoes) and you get the whole matrix. Only one thing changes: the stem after να.

The one-off passive: να γραφτώ
It comes from the same stem as the passive aorist, minus the -ηκ-: γράφτηκα → να γραφτώ, ετοιμάστηκα → να ετοιμαστώ, αγαπήθηκα → να αγαπηθώ. Endings: -ώ, -είς, -εί, -ούμε, -είτε, -ούν.
What the context imposes
Some triggers lean one way: αρχίζω να, συνεχίζω να, μαθαίνω να → non-punctual (να διαβάζω); πρέπει να, θέλω να, μπορεί να + a deadline → punctual (να διαβάσω). Πρέπει να ετοιμαστούμε γρήγορα. Θέλω να ετοιμάζομαι με την ησυχία μου.
