Highlighting: clefts and dislocations
Εγώ ήμουν που τηλεφώνησα · Τον Νίκο τον είδα χθες: the constructions that point a spotlight at a single word.

To isolate the one responsible: Εγώ ήμουν που σου τηλεφώνησα (it was ME who called you), Η Μαρία είναι που ξέρει τα καλά μέρη. The verb είμαι agrees with the highlighted element.
Dislocation: Τον Νίκο τον είδα
The object moves to the front AND doubles with a pronoun: Τον Νίκο τον είδα χθες (as for Nikos, I saw him yesterday). The doubling (τον… τον…) is obligatory — without it the sentence becomes raw contrastive stress. Same with the genitive: Της Μαρίας της αρέσει ο χορός.
Emphatic concession: ό,τι κι αν, και να
Ό,τι κι αν πεις, δεν αλλάζω γνώμη (whatever you say…). Όσο κι αν προσπάθησα, δεν τα κατάφερα (however hard I tried…). Και να θέλω, δεν μπορώ (even if I wanted to…). These turns are the salt of Γ2 oral argumentation.
